A legendary spiritual and coastal journey to Rameshwaram. Cross the engineering marvel Pamban Bridge, visit Ramanathaswamy Temple, and explore the ghost town of Dhanushkodi.
Discover the Magic of Rameshwaram & Dhanushkodi 3 Days Trip Plan
Rameshwaram, situated on Pamban Island in the Gulf of Mannar, is one of the most sacred Char Dham pilgrimage sites in India. Connected to the mainland by the awe-inspiring Pamban Sea Bridge, this historic town is deeply linked to the epic Ramayana.
The town is famous for the architectural majesty of the Ramanathaswamy Temple, featuring the longest pillared corridor in the world with over 1,200 intricately carved sandstone columns. Further out on the island’s tip lies Dhanushkodi—the poignant "ghost town" submerged during the 1964 cyclone—where the tranquil waters of the Bay of Bengal meet the rough waves of the Indian Ocean.
Our 3-day itinerary combines sacred heritage, architectural marvels, and dramatic coastal landscapes.
